Where are the pieces shipped from?

Our creative Studio is located in a traditional lane house in Shanghai, China. Each order is meticulously packed with care and attention before being shipped worldwide from our location.

Shipping Policy - Standard Shipping from China to Worldwide

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping time varies depending on the destination country - about 15 days from the shipping date.

Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

• We do not offer refunds except in case of damaged goods.

• Customers may initiate exchanges within one week of receiving the product.

• Please note that return and exchange shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. You will be invoiced a shipping fee for the shipment of your exchange before it is shipped to you.

• Only unworn and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible.

• Once the return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

• Exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
